We usually order the sandwiches here because we think they're the tastiest in town and bonus we loved that they normally offer a broth to go with the sandwich. However my last two experiences haven't been that great. The second to last time I ordered three sandwiches and they only offered one broth. It looked like the cook put out another and I asked the worker if that was my other broth and she said I only get one. Are three people supposed to split a broth? Today I ordered via online because I called several times and no one picked up the phone. When I picked up my order, I noticed there was no broth and I asked the worker if a broth was included and she said no. I told her that they used to and she replied they don't do that. So, we're not sure if we will keep ordering from here or not.

Ordered take out. It was ready on time. Food delicious. I like the disposable bowls for the Pho, and the friendly employees. Would've gave 5 star, but they forgot the tripe.

I ordered a drink but was not available when I picked up my order. They said to get a refund online but there’s no option.

Vermicelli bowl - Chicken a lil under cooked. This dish needs more crunch on the tips of the chicken pieces. It’s best if the pieces are a lil burnt. Also too many fatty pieces. Other than that. Clean packaging, delicious sauce. Will order again.

I have had issues with my online order on the store website . Today I contacted the restaurant and I am very pleased with their excellent customer service.

Grilled pork Banh Mi sandwiches and spring rolls were so good. Their avocado and Oreo drinks were amazing.
